How long does the seal last
The storage life of different manufacturers is not certain, because rubber products attach great importance to the temperature, humidity and light of the storage environment. Therefore, if the storage environment is suitable, the basic storage life can reach 5 years.
How often does it take to replace the oil seal
How long can the oil seal run? Different oil seal designs have different durability. KAIRUITE will conduct annual life tests for oil seals with harsh usage conditions (high sludge, high speed, high pressure), based on the correct material type and normal use of the car. The oil seal can travel approximately 100,000 kilometers, and the industrial machinery oil seal can be used in the organization for approximately 1.5 to 2 years.

What is the operating temperature range of seals
According to the normal oil seal design, generally FKM rubber can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. NBR rubber is recommended not to exceed 90°C. HNBR has the best low-temperature resistance and can generally withstand -30~-40°C and high temperatures up to 150°C. EPDM temperature resistance range It is close to NBR, but is ozone resistant and suitable for use on bicycle shock absorbers. The price of different materials can vary by 4 to 8 times.
